Career guidance

Talent is not missing. Information to develop it is.

Nawaiam Vocación helps young people discover their strengths by playing, and gives those who support them —governments, schools and counselors— real information to guide them.

What is Nawaiam Vocación?

It is Nawaiam applied to career guidance. Each young person plays for 15 minutes and receives a report that connects their behavioral style with careers, ways of studying and work environments that suit them. It is not a diagnosis: it is a roadmap.

Seven areas to support the choice

  1. #1

    Deep self-knowledge

Natural strengths and challenges, beyond academic performance.

  2. #2

    Exploring options

Careers, fields and study formats that suit each person’s style.

  3. #3

    Life project

What kind of life they want to build: routine, challenges, social contact, impact.

  4. #4

    Planning paths

Studies, internships and first jobs chosen according to their strengths.

  5. #5

    Communication and self-affirmation

Their own language to talk about themselves in interviews and admissions.

  6. #6

    Support for families and educators

The profile as a tool to understand and avoid external pressure.

  7. #7

    Adjustments over time

Vocation as a process: the profile is reviewed with new experiences.
