Career guidance · Counselors, educational psychologists and psychologists

An objective starting point for every conversation.

Your client plays for 15 minutes and you receive a behavioral profile that organizes what they did in the game and opens questions to explore interests, values and motivations.

The challenge

What people say about themselves is not always enough.

  • Conditioned answers

In questionnaires, many young people answer what they think is expected of them.

  • Little language of their own

Many find it hard to put into words who they are and what drives them.

  • Long processes

The first sessions are spent gathering basic information.

How it fits your work

The game does not replace the session. It strengthens it.

  1. 01

    Your client plays

Fifteen minutes, from anywhere, without knowing what is being assessed.

  2. 02

    You get the profile

Behavioral style, strengths, challenges and suitable areas, ready to work with.

  3. 03

You work on it in session

The profile organizes the conversation and opens questions about interests and values.

  4. 04

    You review it over time

With new experiences, the profile is reviewed to adjust the course.

  7. #7

    Adjustments over time

Vocation as a work in progress: the profile is reviewed with new experiences.

Not a diagnosis. A roadmap.

The profile describes behavioral tendencies; it does not define anyone or decide for anyone. It is a starting point for conversation, and a vocation keeps taking shape with new experiences.
