Nawaiam is based on the renowned Disc Theory, which allows us to identify people’s behavioral pefil.
Profiles allow us to determine people’s ability to perform successfully in a given position.
It does not qualify profiles as good or bad, but describes their characteristics. Some of our profiles are:
